Fee model
Fees are tier-based.
- Fee is determined by the user’s current tier.
- Fee does not change inside a tier as score changes.
- If a user crosses a threshold, the new tier fee applies immediately.
- Fee rate is taken from the tier of the account paying the fee (buyer or seller).
