Testnet

Points Program

Points are a Testnet incentive to measure participation quality. They reward real usage and high-signal feedback. They are designed to be hard to game. Testnet participants can be rewarded after mainnet launch.

Overview

  • Points are non-transferable and have no monetary value.
  • Points are only available during Testnet.
  • Points do not affect your mainnet rating, tiers, or fees.
  • Points can be used to determine eligibility for mainnet rewards for Testnet participants.

Full Testnet rules: Testnet terms.

Points are Testnet-only. They may be used for reward eligibility at mainnet launch. Exact reward details (type, thresholds, and timing) will be announced separately.

How you earn points (high level)

The exact formula is intentionally not published. We prioritize actions that prove real testing.

Typical point sources:

  • Completing deals end-to-end (including escrow steps).
  • Consistent activity over time (not just one-day bursts).
  • Bug reports with clear steps, logs, and screenshots.
  • Product feedback that leads to fixes or improvements.
  • Referring users who become active testers (quality > quantity).

What doesn’t earn points (or can reduce them)

  • Low-effort spam reports (“it’s broken”) with no details.
  • Creating many accounts, self-referrals, or other manipulation.
  • Abusing bugs instead of reporting them.

Accounts flagged for abuse can be excluded from the program.

Visibility and updates

  • Point totals may update with a delay.
  • We may rebalance weights during Testnet to reduce exploitation.
  • Rewards (if any) are based on snapshots and anti-fraud checks.
